Energy companies passing the blame - advice please

Has anyone heard of 'go green' or 'complete certification ltd'
This company is offering a green deal assessment but I am always wary of letting strangers into my home. Has anyone heard of them. Their telephone number is 0115 9227446 I can't find any adverse press about them, but no reviews either. I've searched this forum without gain too. Thanks
