Do Scottish Power Reps come on this board like Eon and Npower do?

Hi

I'm having trouble understanding a bill I've been sent by Scottish Power. Tried ringing and promised a call back but nothing, contacted them by email the query wasn't answered. Tried calling again, now can't get through.

This is over a two week period. My bill is showing a section marked "Other charges" but no explanation of what these other charges are. That's what I need to know.

Just wondering if any of the Reps pop on here. Hoping to get some help.

If you look at his profile you'll see he found a way to get round the rules for Reps regarding not being allowed to put any contact details!

I put 2 messages on Twitter and no answer. I called SP about 1 hour ago and within 2 mins a Sp guy was on the phone ! Shocked me.
So maybe this time my account will be sorted out but i was told this 3 weeks ago with a confirmation email but it hadnt been done.
The SP guy said they have been switched over to a new system and people that had fixed a tariff didnt get the new details put onto a new system and instead of taking 10 mins to sort it,its taking them hours and of course the phone never stops ringing.
