Just wondered if anyone else is having problems with Ovo log-in.
I have been getting the "something is wrong" message since Friday (6th Dec).

I have the same problem. I have emailed OVO twice but no reply so far. I have tried from my desktop (Windows 8.1 + Google Chrome) and also from my Tablet.0

I think Ovo is getting a bit snowed under at the moment. I've emailed them but their website indicates it's taking more than four days to answer.
They reckon it's taking them less than a minute to answer phone calls so I think maybe that's the next move.
Thanks for your responseWarning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

I wouldn't be surprised if OVO are getting snowed under at the mo as their prices are absolutely brilliant. I've been with them for a year, just fixed for another year with New Energy -2 Rate tarrif, and unbelievably, the price per unit for economy 7 is cheaper than it was with nPower 20 YEARS AGO! and the daytime units only 1.5p per unit more than then. Standing charge is up too but only slightly. And I've found their cust service excellent! (well, compared with nPower and Scottish power anyway ...)0

I've had a reply to my email to Ovo and they have provided an alternative log-in address which works for me, as follows,

Thanks for the responses.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

Nice to see Ovo being represented on here.
It won't always be bouquets, of course, but hopefully always constructive. Your customer service will be judged by your responses. We need more smaller suppliers out there so don't let us down.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
