e.on monitor brilliant
I got an e.on monitor and with the software I can tell how much energy is being used during the night and when I am not even at home. I have been studying my usage and during the night between 2am when I normally go to my bed, and 8am, I used on average 189 watts per hour. Then at 8am the usage jumped to 220 watts. Not a…

Lived in property 1-2 nights a week, exact anount for SC taken but supplier says no
Moved there in Feburary, since I was only there on average about 5-6 nights a month I didnt put much in the meter. Moved from EDF to Eon - DD Increase
Just moved after EDF cancelled the online package I was on to Eon (Saveonline 2) for G&E. Was paying £73 for both per month with EDF and Eon have just put me on £99 DD to begin with. I was in credit and had a small refund(bout £100 I think) from EDF, so payments were not too low. What do Eon base their 1st DD payments on…

Hi, I'm hoping someone out there can help me? Over a year ago I signed up to ScottishPower on an online deal for a year. I recently moved to NPower and ScottishPower have charged me £50.…

Hi, I got my gas bill today, it's rather larger than I hoped. £392 to be exact, I'm not disputing the bill, I believe it's right as I didn't submit my readings until recently (my own fault please do not shoot me down). However, I plan to call British Gas tomorrow to try to get a direct debit set up to pay it off - are they…

Hey, I'm a student and took over a two bedroom flat on the 26th of June. I have tried Energyhelpline to comapre tariffs, and while it found another company that had a cheaper tariff, it did not tell me that my current provider has a cheaper tariff than the one I am currently on. British Gas - Curious generosity
I'm looking for any comments or advice, but I'm currently just 'going with the flow'. I'd like to know if my situation is typical. Transfered electricity from NPower to BG (Electricity) 2 years ago. Gas has always been with BG. At the time of changeover, NPower asked for meter reading, which I gave. Come the first round of…
