Totally New Gas User, Help?

np power - new tariff
N Power have launched a new tariff called "Go Fix". It has a lower standing charge for gas than most of their other tariffs. They are not offering it unless people specifically ask about it, or call to say that their standing charge looks high (as I did). By switching to this tariff I will save about £10 per month;)

Is Scottish Hydro Go Direct 2 Cheapest Dual Fuel

How accurate is your British Gas energy smart meter?
I was horrified to find that I was suddenly using 15.5kW a day but relieved when I checked the proper meter to find that it was still using 12.5kW a day. Are all these meters reading high?
