Rate B ( remaining units ) 2.53p x 23428 = £592.73
Total = £747.72
Electricity
Rate A ( first 225kwh per quarter ) 14.79p x 900 = £133.11
Rate B ( remaining units ) 9.54p x 5100 = £486.54

I read that there is discounts which I don't think I have included in the total, I may be wrong but I read 19.5% discount on Gas, 17.3% on Electricity. And 5% for Direct Debit

What happens when you use a comparison site? You haven't told us your region.
In my area there are other tariffs that are up to £110 per year cheaper (EDF, Sainsbury's, first:utility, E-on, OVO, Atlantic, Scottish Power - all have tariffs cheaper than Scottish Hydro Electric's Direct 2 with your estimated consumption.)0 -
