The fixed Direct Debit discount is going to stop on most tariffs. The current discount is £2 per quarter on electricity, and £4 gas no matter what you use. Soon, the discount will be 6% off of your bill each quarter. You heard it here first :money:

I have been informed by scottish power that they will not give me back the credit i am owed even though i have sent them proof that my final meter bill from the previous supplier is a certain number.I shall now have to get in touch with the Regulator.This comapny is a disgrace the way its treating its customers now

How to read a cubic feet gas meter- are the red numbers feet?
Then the white number immediatley to the left is 100s of feet? My meter look like this 2211 72. I'm trying to work out the cost of a bath. The meter goes up by 11 on the red digits - am I right in assuming the red digits will be cubic feet? I need to know this so I can convert it in to kWh.

E-ON cancellation fees
Just to be clear about this, the cancellation fees applicable to three of E-ON's tariffs (Energy Discount 4, FixOnline 3 and Energy Saver 9) only apply if you're switching away from E-ON to another supplier? Not applicable if you're staying with E-ON and merely changing tariff ? Thanks for reading this.
