problems leaving Eon
My son did a meter reading in July and put the details into my eon online account, but put in the wrong digits,,,,now Im waiting for my final bill from Eon but because the final meter reading is a lot lower than the July bill, there is no way to make them understand whats happened,,,,after 7 phone calls to Eon telling them that Julys reading was wrong and thats why the final reading is a lot lower, im about ready to pull my hair out. Ive asked everyone that Ive spoken to at Eon to please leave a note on the computer to explain but am still ringing every week and going over all this time and time again,,,,,
It looks like we have a bit of money owing to us and I think thats why this is going on so long,,,since 12th August,,,any ideas from the Eon rep would help

On the face of this it seams a simple issue to resolve, the July reading was incorrect the final reading is correct, therefore, all we need to do is cancel the July read and re-bill your account up to the correct final read.
I'm a bit unsure as to why this has not just been done for you
There may be an underlying problem on the account that is making this more complicated, did any of the agents suggest any sort of problem?
