Epic over-estimestation of my bill and now, once I've got a correct reading, they've gone under after claiming I might be able to get £200 back. Left messages, waited on the phone for 30+ minutes, sent pleading/threatening emails, contacted the ombudsman (oh, you have to go through Spark's non existent complaints procedure first mind). 6 MONTHS OF ANGUISH. Any ideas, similar experiences welcome. Thanks
