Hi All, My Dear Mother passed away in Nov 2006, she lived in Leeds. I rang and told them she was…

Atlantic money back scheme
Hi I signed up with Atlantic for gas and elec 2 years ago on direct debit. When I joined I was promised that after 12 months I would get one month's payment credited back to my account, based on an average of the last 12 month's payments. A year later I duly got money back equivalent to a month's DD, but only on my elec.…

Gas bill - is this good or bad??
We moved into this property in July. We have just finally (after calling and asking for it due to a mix up) gotten our first gas bill - it covers from end of July through last week. £122. Now we run our heater a lot (gas) as we have toddlers in the house - one of which seems perpetually cold. We had electric heater in our…

Moved the alarm just outside the cupboard door and left the door ajar.....alarm stays quiet. Is this normal, do I have a problem? Thanks, Mandy
