Falling oil price?
If oil prices start to fall, will electricity and gas prices also fall? Why are prices being predicted to rise by so much is it because they think the price of oil will continue to go up or are there other reasons? More Capping Confusion - Advice appreciated

Capped Tariff with Scottish Power ( IGT)
Can anyone tell me if I can get a capped tariff with SP if I have an IGT.I looked at their IGT tariffs and can't see any capped plans.I'm with EDF at present on a capped rate until sept 08.

Electricity Economy 10 prices
I've just moved house and have an AMPTEC heating system that runs on an economy10 electricity meter. I may be being slow, but I'm finding it tricky to find the cheapest electricity provider. Many providers don't support economy 10 and when they do the sales advisors are unsure of the product. Any ideas and advice? Thanks!

With reference to my thread here I decided to go through quidco and switch. Switching to capped - bit confused!
Martin has got me all in a panic after his little outburst on GMTV this morning! :eek: I am currently on economy 7 for my electricity via EDF & Standard tariff for my Gas via EON. I pay £37 a month for gas & a quartly bill for electricity of approx £170. Should I cap? Should I Fix? Help! :confused:
