Redundancy, help needed please
Hi All My husband would like to know the following:- Is it compulsory to work notice of redundancy? His colleagues are on variable hours 30/40 hrs a week, he has been informed he must work his full contracted hours of 48 hrs per week regardless. Can they insist on this. Thanks.
