TUPE Woolworths

My partner is a store manager at Woolworths, which went into administration last week.
If my partner's store is taken over by another high street retailer, would she be entitled to a similar job with the buying company under TUPE regulations?
I don't know anything about TUPE, other than it exists, so sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree and if this is a stupid question.
Thanks

Providing it's a relevant transfer within the definition of the regs then she likely will be covered, however TUPE can be complex and the outgoing business needs to be sold as a going concern.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
