Do I complain to seller?
Last week I won an item on eBay, which from the title appeared to be exactly what I wanted. Having received it today, I realised that it was only part the item given in the title. Sure I can still use it, but I'd optionally need the other parts to get best enjoyment and use out of it. Now do I complain to the seller or not?

Buy It Now
Got an item for sale on eBay and it's had a few bids, it did also have a Buy It Now option but this seems to have disappeared?! Does a BIN price go once bids have started? Don't really get this, it happened to another item yet someone still managed to BIN. Anyone shed any light on the matter?
