Warm Home Discount and changing supplier
Hello there, I'm looking at changing our supplier. We've had our Warm Homes Discount for 2013/2014 and spent it, I'm just wondering if I ought to leave changing supplier until April (new financial year) or if I can just go ahead and change now? Would be grateful if anyone has any info on this, many thanks.

Testing for PIP when already certified as unfit to work
I had to retire on ill health grounds 2 years ago aged 59. I did not make a DLA claim but am now considering a PIP claim. The lady in question was hospitalised after a fall and her discharge assessment process (?) arrived at the 24h care as stated. Since then, March 2012, she has been paying for her Care Home fees 1/3 from pension and 2/3 on deferred payments (I believe) unless there is another council scheme? I understand the NHSCC…
