Why are you worried about them contacting the school? Surely any extra evidence can only help with your claim.

Surely, the school being contacted is a good thing? After all, you need as much evidence as possible.

Assuming the school is likely to write an accurate report, and not just 'none known'.

Your son gets same as mine. If you send in evidence you didn't the first time they may consider.

Yes I no you are right but there is a child in my childs class with similar problems and his parents said that DLA contacted the school and the school bottled the whole claim.

Yes when I sent the renewal form I sent in medical evidence from a pediatric about care but no evidence about mobility and explained very well in the form that he is able to walk 50 meters or less and his walking pass is very slow. And believe it or not they made a decision in 10 days could it also mean that they have over seen it.

You could ask school to write something for you to include with appeal

Is he under wheelchair services? Just wondering if a letter from them would help.
