Hi all I started a claim for DLA for my son back in August and had a letter last week telling me that my claim was still under review and they'd be in touch with me in due course. I know there was a previous thread about this, but cannot find it anywhere! :o My query really is that obviously they haven't rejected the claim…

ESA Envelope
Dear All, I have just completed the dreaded ESA50 to renew my claim for ESA. However, now that I've included all the medical reports and continuation sheets, I haven't any hope of folding the form so that it fits into the provided pre-paid A5 envelope. Do you know whether I can sellotape the front of their A5 envelope onto…

Date for my DLA tribunal.
Just got this in the post today - it's only been around a month since the tribunal service were sent the info by the DWP, and today I got notice that my appeal was on the 25th of November. At least a relatively speedy appeal. I was pondering putting in another claim if it was ~5 months, as the average is.

Anyone know when harringtons 2nd review is published?
I cant recall the date? Cant see why it cant be published right now to be honest, seeing as its already been completed, and the government have a copy, I wonder why they are withholding it from the public? There is no harm in releasing it, and having a wait whilst the DWP consider it, surely it would be beneficial to…

I am getting worried as my Tribunal is looming but not yet for a while!! I read the pack of papers from the DWP within which, in my opinion, there are areas I dispute but I could do with a further letter, or report, from my GP. I am willing to pay if I have to but would rather it be free. Now I am fearing a problem after…

Motability - DLA Appeal - Heads Up Folks !
Ordinarily Motability allow you to keep your vehicle for your appeal period. Because the appeals delays are now running at up to 12 months, the % of Motability vehicles concerned and the % of people who lose their appeal is now considered as financially unmanageable, so you will now not be allowed to keep your vehicle for…
