Hi All, Just thought i would put an update on here as to where we are with our renewal. Well called this morning and we have been told we have been granted LRM and MRC till 2012!! :j :j :j :j So please dont give up there still is hope out there even in this current cut back time!! Tribunal - Help
Finally after 13 months we have our tribunal date It is for 1st December What do we need to do to prepare in order to ensure we get everything put across correctly Any help from people that have been to tribunal would be greatly appreciated

Does esa stop if dla refused?
My friend had her dla renewel turned down which ended a week ago, she is also on esa and over the last year her payment has always cleared by 12pm on a sunday today there is no payment, it seems stange that this has happend for the 1st time since her dla was turned down, can anybody confirm that dla wont effect her esa?
