Capquest demanding money after 3 years
Hi everyone. My first post here. I took out a T-mobile contract in 2008. I got into financial difficulty and had trouble with paying the bill and it was passed onto a debt collection agency. I owed just over £100. They asked me to make a payment of £70 and wavered the rest. Brilliant I thought. So I cancelled direct debits…

How often do you go out socialising when in debt?
I am asking because my hubby is finding it really hard to come to terms with the fact that he can't throw £30 away on sambuca any more. Admittedly, he rarely does this but at this time of year he is in the "but it's only £30" place when the boys are hitting the pub even though he would have to get the £30 from a credit…

DMP or DRO
I'm in about 11000 worth of debt. In theory I should qualify for a DRO(I meet the criteria)but I'm concerned about how it will affect my credit rating, the only advantage to it is that my debts would be discharged in 12 months but that still leaves my credit file looking pretty poor. With the DMP it would take me at least…
