I have made a few F&Fs to my creditors (none accepted as of yet). I wondered if I use the template letters for F&Fs am I "acknowledging the debt"? I am not currently paying anything towards the debt. Is there any terms or phrases i must put in letters, to avoid acknowledging the debt, for statute barring purposes?
