Can i just ask if any one knows if a car has been levied how can they come out in a transit van to collect goods (car) and charge for it when obviously they couldnt to what they set out to do as how do you get a car in the back of a van, surely it should have been a tow truck. But then im sure they would have had to actually pay for the tow truck instead of the van they probably own. But we get charged for it anyway.

just because they have levied on a car does not mean they have to collect it immediatly
it just means that if you dont comply with there wishes they can take it
im sure they would rather have the money

What i meant was that they DID turn up to seize goods in a transit van and the goods in question was a car, how does that work then.:cool:
