Greasy Palm not paying out.

Don't know if I am posting on the right boards but it seems the busiest.

I've checked my Greasypalm account which has got £27.13 in it but they're saying I haven't qualified for a payout yet (paymant is made 30 days after you have earned £25 or more) so how do I qualify for a payout??

I would also say that they are very slow in chasing up payments, i have taken out new insurances lately which say they will pay out after 2 monthly direct debits are paid.. forward on 3 months and still no payments, i have contacted them and they just ignore you.. as soon as i get my payments from them i am cancelling,
