Got some big problems!
That I need help with Firstly, I have a Halifax current account with an agreed £465 overdraft which is maxed out. Now becuase of the new £1 a day bank charges that they have introduced my overdraft has gone over its limit and now they are charging me £5 quid a day. Just out of interest guys, which wording is more important? WITHOUT PREJUDICE or I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT TO YOU OR ANY OTHER COMPANY OR ORGANISATION THAT YOU CLAIM TO BE REPRESENTING or do both have to be included? What if one was not included? Would it make any difference?
