Just out of interest guys, which wording is more important?
WITHOUT PREJUDICE
or
I DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ANY DEBT TO YOU OR ANY OTHER COMPANY OR ORGANISATION THAT YOU CLAIM TO BE REPRESENTING
or do both have to be included? What if one was not included? Would it make any difference?

The first means that the letter cannot be used in court proceedings (by either party). The second means the creditor cannot use your letter as proof of acknowledgement.
I'd use the second.0 -
