Capital One have instructed Fredrickson International to obtain the full amount I owe Capital One. I haven't recieved notification of assignment from Capital One, nor any post from FI despite assurances that 2 letters have been sent. I have sent a CCA letter to FI, should one to C1 too? Cheers
