Experian sent my report to wrong address, what can I do?

I wonder if anyone can help me, I recently registered with the credit expert, experians web based offering, so I could monitor my report, and hopefully become debt free like you all with its help.
I have a long credit history, and on requesting to view it online, it immediately said that it was too large, and will be sent to my address, this was done instantly...
I have moved house in the last few months - but this address change is apparently not reflected in the experian reports as I found after navigating through the site some more, despite being on the electoral roll in my new property, so my entire credit history incl very personal details has been sent to my old address... has anyone had this happen to them ?, is there anything you can do about it?
I am hoping the occupants of my old property are trust worthy! I ma following this up with experian now, but need to know if there is anything else I can do - ie reporting experian for negligence...
Thank you so much for any help...

Have you set up a mail redirection on the old address? It's probably too late for this time, but it is worth doing anyway.
When did this happen? Is there any chance experian could get it back before it is sent out of their mail room?0 -
Unfortunatley I have confirmation that is has already been sent ..... re-direction now on!!0
