As I am just starting a new job I want to wait until I have been paid once (for security of my job) before I do this. does anyone know anything about illegal bank charges? if i go £10 over overdraft i am still getting charged £35 up to a maximum of £90 a month.(llyods tsb) are they allowed to do this?
