Is this worth writing?

Hi all,
I just wanted som advice. Do you think the following is worth the time sending or is it worthless? Any advice is welcome.
To whom it may concern,
I writing to inform Royal Bank of Scotland of the charges that will be liable to pay in relation to all of my accounts held with your company should I have to spend time sorting out what I consider a discrepancy of any description regarding the aforementioned accounts.
Royal Bank of Scotland will be liable to make payment to me for my time and all other costs (i.e. postage, electricity and fuel) my time will be charged at £38 per minute (including travelling time). An invoice will be sent to my local branch (RBS Worcester) and payment must be made within 14 days of the date on the invoice. Failure to pay will incur a penalty charge of £100 per day after the due date.
If I do not receive hand written notification of appeal from a senior executive of Royal Bank of Scotland within 14 days of the date of this e-mail being sent (final date 25th August 2006) then I will judge that Royal Bank of Scotland consider the charges fair, have no objection and understand the charges that will be applied.

Hi,
Are you just doing it to wind them up? Or am I missing something?
My feeling is that they will just ignore it.
HFMEverything turns out all right in the end. If it's not all right, it's not the end.

Meant to add:
I think even if you do get a response, it'll just be a snotty letter back.
Depends how much you value your time (oh yeah - £38 a minute!).
Everything turns out all right in the end. If it's not all right, it's not the end.

I think they will ignore it to be honest. They probably get a few letters from customers who want to claim charges back from them!0

They might just treat it as an offer and refuse to accept your terms. Then what will you do?
Or they might suggest that you find another bank! Then what will you do?
You can't really mean that you'll charge £38 per minute can you? That's £2,280 per hour
Completly unrealistic, unreasonable and unenforceable.
Good luck to youWarning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

er, maybe you'd just be better off reclaiming your bank charges?0

sorry, I don't even understand what you are asking them to do in this letter, and I've got a degree!0

£38 per minute?
Are you a plumber?My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal0 -

Sorry I understand your frustration but this is a waste of time you signed Terms & Conditions when you opened your accounts with them you can't just add to them, this letter is a waste of time and unenforcable but send it if it makes you feel better.0

Yes it's worth sending. If you want to give everyone at the bank a good laugh, that is. Sorry to be blunt, but I don't know:
A. Who you're sending it to.
B. What has prompted you to send it.
C. What you hope to achieve from sending it.
It needs re-writing in English too.
Sorry.
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0
