I understand that CCJ's disappear after 6 years. If I then apply for a mortgage does it mean that no one will ever know I had CCJ's. In general I start with a clear file ?? Also, what if i'm still paying off the original default amount - what happens - does it still come off my file ? Will anyone know about it ?? Any help…

Not on the Electoral Roll
I've raised a dispute with Noddle over this, but I'm not actually sure how I go around correcting it. I've been on the Electoral Roll at my current address since mid 2010 - how do I go around providing this information to Noddle and getting them to update their records?

Does anyone actually report to Equifax?
Off the top of my head I can think of at least 4 Credit agreements that I have (2 current accounts with 2 different banks, 1 credit card and 1 mobile phone contract), and Equifax has absolutely no information on any of them. Is this normal?

My question is, I have a CCJ which was logged in August 2012 for a credit card that was transferred to a DCA. The DCA did the whole…

Why so long to long a default?
I missed the minimum payment 3 times in succession in 2005. My credit report shows this. It also show account paid up and cleared on the 4th month. Thing is they logged a default on the account in 2008 meaning it still (until December) affects my credit score. Are they allowed to wait 3 years to log the default as it seems…
