Do DVLA Report Address Changes To Experian?

Or to any of the CRA's really?....

I know DVLA doesn't represent any kind of credit agreement, but Experian et al seem to have access to so many different databases I wondered if they had access to DVLA too?

Searching for "Experian DVLA Data" returns many hits, one of which is...

Seems that's a yes then. Though they dress the inquiry up as a 'vehicle check' it doesn't seem far removed from being a database that can be used to find missing persons as the DVLA record name and DOB details.

DVLA do not report to the CRAs, Experian can access the DVLA vehicle database in the same way as the parking cowboys and you and I can for a fee. Experian will have direct access though. Vehicle data does not contain owner DOB though, just name and address.
