Capital One Paying off in Full each month
Hi everyone, My BF is looking to get the Capital one CC, for it's cashback and would like to pay off in full every month. How do you specify this as it seems that the whole process is online now. When I signed up years ago, I wrote 'pay of in full every month' on the paper credit agreement. Any ideas? Thanks

Scam when using a CC overseas
If you have a CC with no exchange rate mark-up then you always want the transaction in local currency. Legally the retailer must ask you if want local currency or pounds. Lots don't and just do it in pounds. With chip & pin m/c's the only way to tell is by the looking at the amount on the screen - is it the same as on the…

This took me to page "my promotions- 0% til 2011 etc etc" and I clicked on transfer balance-this took me to another page where I could only enter the balance transfer card…

Defrauded! No help from CC company
A couple of months ago a family member stole our card and PIN number and withdrew a few bits of cash off it. The card issuer called my husband because there was no activity on the card since it was issued to him, and we agreed we'd deal with it as the debt was manageable for the family member to repay. The card was…

First credit card for 18 yr old son
Hi Moneysavers! My son is 18 and we are looking at getting him his first credit card. He is very sensible when it comes to money - saving up an' all - and as having a strong credit report seems to be vital in today's society we feel it's best he builds it up from an early age. He understands the concept of credit cards:…

How to evict parents
My husband and I are at our wits end. 17 years ago my father-in-law had his house reposessed. He asked my husband who was 20 at the time to buy a house in his name. My husband gained a morgage based on his income and using his name. He did it as he was living with them and they said they would be homeless if not and that…

Tesco Credit Card
Is it just me or is it just very hard to be accepted for a Tesco Credit Card?!? I've applied twice, once 5 months ago and just now. Obviously both times declined. I wouldn't say my personal circumstances are perfect but they definately aren't bad either. I hear that these decisions can be appealed?
