I have a number of credit card accounts which are never used. Two of them are actually in credit as I paid off the balance and the providers took DD's anyway. All I need to know is if simply writing to them quoting my card number is enough to get the cards closed or will they throw small print at me?

Virgin Money fraud help!!
My husband applied for a Virgin Money Credit Card in November. He received the PIN number on 16 December. Credir Card said it would be despatched 7-10 days.
