Capital one BT offers for existing customers

in Credit cards
I have a Barclaycard (£2300) and Capital one card (£500)
when i rang to activate the capital one card, the advisor told me that they will increase the limit after the 0% on purchases period (6 months) finishes.
Are they likley to increase it by much? I took the card out, so that I can hopefully transfer some of my BarclayCard some time in the near future
I've spent £350 on the card, and am close to paying it off (it'll be cleared by the end of the 0% as its something silly like 36.9%
Do they offer Life time balance transfer rates for existing customers? or 0% offers on BTs for 6 months etc?
I don't have the best credit score in the world, and CO were the only company I could get a card with.
Cheers

best bet is to post in the sub prime card thread as they talk about this and other things to do with sub prime cards all the time.
