Balance transfer Capital One - Amex
Has anyone had the trouble I have had trying to transfer balances from Amex to Capital One. Three times I have tried and CO now have sent me a letter stating the Amex cards are not rcognised by their system. I only went for the CO cards because it was 0% transfer fee.
