American Express and Equifax question

in Credit cards
Hi,
I have an Amex charge card (opened a couple of months ago). I received an alert from Equifax to say that a new account had been added so went on and saw that it was my Amex account. I noticed though, that instead of a 0 in the payment history there is a Q for query. I have called Amex about this and the guy I spoke to was unsure of what it was but advised me that the account was fine, that the payment had been received a few days after the statement was generated.
I have never seen a Q on the payment history before and the only info that Equifax website gives is:
This account is under review. This review may have been at your request. Please contact the Credit Grantor directly regarding this matter.
Has anyone seen this before and do you think it is anything to be worried about?
Thanks
S

Never seen this before. I think you shouldn't worry since you've called AMEX and they said your account is fine. Do you plan to apply for credit now?0

Hi skyrider,
I have no plans to at the moment but I'm just concerned that it might have a bearing on any applications I may make in the future0 -

Normally this comes up on your credit report if you have queried something regarding the account - I had this with one of my accounts last year.
I was told it is nothing to worry about , but I wrote to the credit card company and they changed to a green.
Hope this helps!0 -

Thanks for that. They did send me the wrong card initially and I contacted them and was then sent the correct one so perhaps it's something to do with that.0
