Credit Card CCJ - can I still claim charges back?

;)Hi everyone

I am paying £30.00 a month back on a credit card that has an amount of £11,000 on it. This is via the courts for which i have a CCJ against my name. I have been paying this for around 8 months now but i cant help thinking that i could do more to bring the balance down.
The charges and interest that was being put on by the bank (over a 2 year period, whist i made no payments) were going onto the balance every month.
can I claim these charges back?icon5.gif

any help or advise would be very much welcomed and appreciated
