Hello, Im spending a month in america in the summer and was wondering what is the best way to pay for things. Im guessing its a credit card and was wondering if anyone can recommend one, preferably with free cash withdraws if possible and a good exchange rate, Many thanks for any advice!!!

I have a barclay card Gold and applied for a Mastercard. They have agreed but will transfer some of the credit limit from the Gold card to the Mastercard. Is there any advantages of having 2 cards with Barclaycard and is there any benefits of having a Mastercard as oppossed to a Visa card?

Does anyone know if it is standard practice for card companies to charge interest on the full statment balance if you do not pay it all off? I just had this with Morgan Stanley, I paid £1050 off a balance of £1055 and got charged £20 interest on the full £1055 !!!! They say is is standard practice in the industry.
