Morgan Stanley Application Delays

I applied for a Morgan Stanley Platinum card online on the 10th March so that I could start to take advantage of their cashback, on completion of the application, the system said that if you were accepted the card would be sent out in the next few days or they would contact you.

I got a phone call on the Monday, where they confirmed a few details and told me my application had been provisionally accepted, but they needed me to sign a form that they would send out, which may take a few days as they were re-printing the packs....

... I am still waiting! I have phoned a couple of times, each time they say that it will be in the post in a couple of days...!!

Is anyone else in the same position, or have other people received their packs??

Im having the same problem!

I applied for the morgan stanley platinum card two weeks ago today.

I phoned for the third time yesterday and the woman said there was a change to the T&C's (not related to the cashback offer) and the credit agreements were being sent this week.

Last time I tried to ring was Monday and apparently they should have been in the post on Tuesday, but they still haven't arrived, unless they have come today... will see when I get home this evening!
