AMEX online statement - screwed-up

Hi everyone, My amex online statement is completely screwed up. Difficult to explain or understand the figures but it looks like something gone wrong with the statement cut-off date and all the balance are mixed up. Has anyone else noticed this on their account?

Maybe they are having probs at the minute as I have an online ID for my account but still get paper statements. Today I tried to register for paperless statements and it kept taking all the info and at the end it would say there was a problem with system, please try again or register by calling customer services. I gave up in the end and there is no way I am calling there indian call centre unless it was mega urgent......I would rather pull my teeth out with pliers!!!

Yes. Sometimes, between statement dates, the totals on my Amex online statement don't seem to add up. However the monthly totals always seem to come right once a statement is actually issued. As long as each transaction is itemised correctly I don't worry about it!

Yep, me too! I made full payment on 16/3/07 which isn't showing on my account. I'm going to check on monday & if it's still the same I will ring them.
