Help Payments Stopped Why
Barclaycard gave me a lot of money 3 years ago for 0% interest as long as I spent £1 a month on their card. To help out Martin helped to set up a payment through paypal to his account. This suddenly stopped and I cannot find out why can anyone help as this has suddenly caused me to pay large interest penalties.

transfering a balance from a credit to a debit card
need to pay a computer course off but they only accept payment from a debit card so I need to find the best credit card to tranfer the funds into my debit card to pay the balance for the course off.
