Quick APR question

in Credit cards
Hi,
I've had a good look around the site and on the forums but can't find an answer to my question. I'd be grateful if someone could help with this quickie.
I've just received a new IF card which was taken out primarily for the low life of balance transfer rate. It has a high standard APR so I don't intend to spend on it. However, it does have a 0% interest introductory offer for the first 8 months (or maybe 6 - can't remember).
My question is, if I spend on this card now will I start paying the standard APR on these purchases after the 8 months are up or will I enjoy 0% for the life of the purchase balance?
Thanks in advance,
James

after the intro period it will go up to whatever the APR is at that time.0

..and they will pay off the lowest rate first
So you may get stuck with purchases at 16% being paid last0
