1 M&S CC in Wallet - Post Office CC For Traveling Denied - Next Move Question?

Hello all,
I currently have a M&S CC loaded with £3000 debt at 0%. Two weeks ago I asked for a Post Office Card for traveling (0% loading) and was denied.
Apart from Post Office my reports are clean (everything paid on time etc).
My question is: 'Should I apply for the Nationwide CC' (no loading) and if yes when?
