Morgan Stanley Platinum Card – Cash Back Bonus calculation error

Morgan Stanley made a mistake in calculating my Cash Back Bonus total for my three month promotion period Dec06 to Feb 07.
During the three month triple bonus period all purchases up to the value of £2k earn 3% CB. And between £2K & up to £20k should earn 1.5% CB.
My total expenditure above £2k was calculated at only 0.5%. MS has agreed this was an error and have agreed to credit me with another £38 CB.
Perhaps the calculating formula used on their computer could be wrong? ..........I might not be the only person affected by this.
Apologies; if this has already been posted.
