I called HSBC to get their 0% card yesterday but I didnt get it, but they offered me another card at 22.9% They said I need to go into a branch with proof of ID and a utility bill and sign the forms, I dont have any bills in my name????? What can I do?:confused: Will they refuse me??

i have already read the list of notes that which cc lenders using which credit agency but could any one please tell me which cc lendors are just checking by equifax rather then experian because i have seeen different views of people with cr checks. Thanks
