The British Association of Occupational Therapists Platinum Credit Card (run by Bank Of Scotland) offers 0% for 9 months on both Balance Transfers and Purchases.
Of the Balance Transfer fee, the Summary Box states "2% or minimum £2 (on promotional rates except introductory offer)", which basically means that you don't pay a fee in the first 9 months. I can definitely confirm that this is the case.
