Insurance claim for covid-cancelled holiday capped by 'extended cancellation'
Once again I'm disappointed by my insurance company. We had a holiday booked back in April which obviously didn't happen. BA Flight Cancellation Refund
I am still waiting for a refund on a flight I should have had with BA in June. I’ve chased it and they’ve told me it’s being dealt with but said I won’t get all my money back. They won’t be refunding the money for the booked seats or airport tax. Surely this isn’t correct.

Insurance company refused to cover
I have been chasing a claim we made back in March. Although the insurance company said they would cover it at the time, after they received my claim they refused, saying that it was us who cancelled rather than the tour agency. I took this to their complaints department with all the documentation and laws to support it. It…

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows when the government plan to re introduce the MIF. I believe it was originally suspended until November but I can't seem to find any information now. Mortgage holiday or use over payments first?
Dear Forum, I am currently unemployed (even though eligible for furlough during garden leave, my spiteful former employer refused to furlough me). I have been funding my unemployment since May with savings that are dwindling fast. I had previously made overpayments to my Barclays mortgage. It amounts to roughly 1 1/2…
