Hi, just wondering if anyone knows when the government plan to re introduce the MIF. I believe it was originally suspended until November but I can't seem to find any information now.
Some site are suggesting you now have to ask your Universal Credit Advisor via the Journal for the MIF to be removed from your calculation if you feel you earning are being affected by Covid 19. But not sure if this is 1) Correct, 2) if it applies right now, 3) if it will apply from some future date.
Any Help Appriciated

I can't trace any update.0 -
The Secretary of State has now said in an evidence session that the suspension of the minimum income floor in universal credit is under 'active consideration'.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
