Cruise cancellation

Can anyone answer this query... We had to cancel this year's cruise with p and o refunding half the cost and creditng the other half for a cruise taken before March 2022.... However as time passes this could even be problematic.... the question being can we get the credit now refunded in cash? Any replies much appreciated.

You can ask them but having accepted partial credit, you don't have an automatic right to exchange it for cash.0
