I want to sue coca cola
I bought a couple of cans of coke today for my kids today, I found it incredibly embarrassing when they asked me what Santa Clause was doing on the can. I know he only empties his sack once a year but this is ridiculous. Can I sue coco cola for the stress explaining it to my kids has caused me?

TalkTalk does a T-Mobile - Passing Details to 3rd party company!
A few weeks ago, I was on the Talktalk website, and entered my postcode & phone number to the Broadband checker. It told me there is no high speed broadband available in my area so I left it like that. Now this week, I have been receiving 4 or 5 phone calls a day and it's starting to get a bit silly. I looked up the number…

Insurance company failing to repair washer - options?
My mum bought a washing machine a few years ago, and took out an insurance policy with a company. I know the general wisdom seems to be not to take these policies out, but it's a bit late now. The policy has set her back eighty quid a year, and now that the washer has broken, the company still hasn't fixed it. They sent an…

Home Damage, NHBC won't cover
We have been in our new home, bought new from Wimpey, for 3 years. Recently and due to heavy rain, we have had water coming into the roof of a bay window. Its dripping in through the roof, has run down the inside of the walls, and the tapes on the plasterboard corners have lifted. Because it’s outside the 2-year Wimpey…

Weatherseal you advice appreciated
sorry this is long.... Me and my neighbour endured 4 hours of a weatherseal salesman in her house selling us both 7 windows and 2 doors. car insurance charged £20 admin to change address - is this fair?
We've moved house and RAC Car insurance charged us £20 to change the address on the policy - this was nothing to do with the premiums which dropped by about £8 for the year based on the new address/area. Is this fair/legal? £20 charge just to type a new address into a computer over the phone:mad:
