Quizonaut
I was recently advised I'd won a mousemat (whoopee doo!) from Quizonaut. Actually claiming the prize wasn't as straightforward as I'd hoped. Not only do they require a 'photoid' featuring your image with a date of birth on it, but they also demand a copy of a utility bill with your address on it. I know little about…

It drives me mad when companies say judged then obviously pick random
For example this Facebook Experian competition to win £1000 John Lewis vouchers https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5127568 quite clearly states: 'The winners will be those entrants who, in the sole opinion of the judge, submit the most aspirational and original entry.' They've just posted the winner on…

Best click to win sites?
I thought I would give the CTWs a go this year so was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of the best ones. I don't want to do them all because I don't have time so a couple of sites that cover the main cons would be great. Thanks all 😊

Has anyone won anything through Rafflecopters??
Hi guys. Still pretty new to comping and have been dedicating about 45 mins or so daily to enter competitions. It's pretty easy with autofill features on the web browser to enter competitions also easy through Facebook and Twitter. Rafflecopter on the other hand seems to make you want to run through a lot of hoops and I've…

How do you keep track?
Of what comps you've entered? I know a few websites you can log in but if you're just entering randomly or from here do you make a note of what you've entered??

Unwanted Angling Prizes - Charity Request
I hope this post is not against forum rules. I know many people enter competitions for the thrill of winning and may receive prizes that they are not really sure what to do with. Some are sold, no doubt, but others may lie around in a cupboard or garage. So, as Treasurer of a Macmillan Cancer Support fund-raising…

Who else got this annoying "WEM"?!
Did anyone else get this email from EventsVenues today entitled "QHotels Competition Winner!" I got so excited as I thought I'd had a nice win, especially as it was from a person rather than just the company, only to open it and find it was one of those annoying "we've picked a winner... is it you? Look at the website to…

Nectar Points comps?
Hi all, was just looking for some thoughts really Does anyone remember seeing 2 comps for £15 worth of Nectar points at all? I usually enter all the Nectar points comps but don't remember seeing any for £15 worth. Weeklies? Dailies?
I am wondering why some weeklies have a weekly thread, eg. Honeybun's Tinker Tuesdays: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2994536 (so the thread is updated weekly with the new weekly comp), whereas others are posted each week on the main board??? Why are the rules not clear? There are lots of weekly comps…

Mystery international package?
Just had the owner of our local TNT depot ring me to say he's got a parcel for me. Apparently it's been there since the 17th of Dec, but the sender hasn't put my house number on the label so they couldn't deliver it. He said it's come from abroad, but that the system isn't showing its country of origin. Weird that it's…

Problem with comp tracker
When I click the 'X' to say I have entered a comp it changes colour but when I enter another comp and come back to my comps list the 'X' is opaque again so is unchecked. Just wondering if it's happening to anyone else? Ignore just went back to list and all have now appeared Hi Lighted again. Weird :)

Advice required please!
Hi all, I started entering this competition https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5042327 a few weeks ago (Boxing Day games) and in the second week I got 2 scores exactly right and one result one goal off (the correct result but not score). They were giving away 14 pairs of tickets so I looked through all of the…

Comping in Oz
Happy New Year MSE'ers! Hope it's a lucky one for everyone:D:D:D:D I was hoping for some motivation and inspiration from everyone please! I've been in Australia for a couple of weeks short of two years and can probably count the number of comps I have entered on my hands. Australia has this regulation that companies have…

Maximum number of wins notified in one day
Whilst most of us are thrilled to receive just one notification of a win, I got to wondering what is the largest number of notifications anyone has received in one day. Any offers?
